Am oddly obsessed with the Vampire Diaries. Except I haven't seen a full episode of the show. Damn you, Stefan/Damon pairing. You've ruined me.

I have attempted fic, but abandoned it halfway through due to a shoddy plot. Will take prompts/plots/songs and run with them (in the fiction sense) if they're provided though!

In other news, I need a vacation.

I'm currently obsessed with Criminal Minds (and Hotch... because I love my men angsty)and attempting to write fic. Problem is that I'm not sure I'm really feeling the characters the way I'd like to.

So, what do you do to get in the mindset of characters you like? Or if you don't write, what do you think you'd do to get into a character's mind?

There should be a crime against this level of stupidity.

For my birthday all I wanted was inspiration. Instead I got a ten dollar gift card for the liquor store. Sign, y/y? Now I have a nice thirty dollar credit built up for the liquor store. I also have the beginnings of a promising Saturday night.

In related news, I love The Mentalist. And I hate how little slash/good-fiction-of-any-sort there is for it. I need some prompts or bunnies or something to get me writing, and then maybe there'll be a HUGE CHAIN OF AWESOME MENTALIST STORIES.
